Eligibility

X-Plan Supplier Partner Recognition Program

1. Active employees (hourly, salaried or contract) or retirees of any company* with an X-Plan Partner Code; or their spouse.
2. People who are members of any organization that has an X-Plan Partner Code.
3. Must meet additional requirements.*

X-Plan Fleet Account Employee Appreciation Program

1. Any employee of one of Ford of Canada’s selected fleet accounts* that use Ford of Canada vehicles as their vehicles of choice for fleet needs.
2. Must meet additional requirements*

Additional Requirements

To be eligible for X-Plan benefits the customers listed above must also meet the following conditions:

1. Be residents of Canada, and
   1. Show proof of employment with the eligible X-Plan company or Fleet Account, or
   2. Show proof of retiree status with an eligible X-Plan Supplier Partner company, or
   3. Be sponsored by an eligible Ford of Canada employee or retiree, and
2. Show proof of membership in an eligible X-Plan organization, and
3. Have an X-Plan PIN (Personal Identification Number)**, and
4. Be eligible for X-Plan benefits at the time they take delivery of their new vehicle.
5. Vehicles must not be registered in the name of a business.
6. Leased vehicles must be Ford Credit Red Carpet lease.

Eligible Vehicles

Eligible X-Plan customers may choose a Ford of Canada vehicle as detailed below:

1. New regular production current model year and new prior model year vehicles up to and including E-350 / F-350.
   1. Prior model vehicles must be delivered out of dealer stock no later than March 31st of the current year to be eligible.

Ineligible Vehicles

The following vehicles are not eligible for X-Plan pricing:

1. Used vehicles, including,
   1. Off-lease vehicles
   2. Ford capitalized vehicles, service loaners (either in or out of service), demo units, parts trucks and people shuttles.
   3. Driver training vehicles
2. People shuttles, service loaners, parts delivery vehicles.
3. Prior model year vehicles delivered after March 31st of the current year.

Equipment Not Eligible for X-Plan Pricing

X-Plan customers are free to choose any of the following for their new vehicle; however these items are not eligible for X-Plan pricing:

1. Dealer installed accessories.
2. After-market products or services
